May 4, 2023 Per Bylaws, 1 representative from; each lake front property, each Homeowner Association and each lake front business, all of whose membership is in good standing, were emailed invitations to the Annual Zoom online meeting and are eligible to vote.

2020 Annual Meeting
The 2020 Annual Meeting (May 7, 2020) was held online for the first time as a result of the COVID19 pandemic. All documents for the meeting were emailed in advance to members in good standing. Guest speakers included scientists, Dr. Jude and Dr. Gabby Metzner who presented their water quality and weed mapping studies from the summer of 2019. They presented recommendations for 2020. Five items were proposed, motioned and passed during the meeting.
